You are not entitled to a refund if the unlock code did not work for the following reason.
a) your phone is blocked by all networks because it has been reported lost or stolen
b) you made a mistake and unlocked the wrong phone and you want another code for free
c) your phone has 0 attempts left to input the code and you discover that after we sent you the code
d) the phone is faulty, doesnt connect, cant hear calls or any other hardware fault
e) you phone was already unlocked, but you didn't know, please check before you buy.
f) All orders once placed cannot be cancelled before the code is delivered to you.
